Women of Color Conference
As the Co-Executive Director of the first-ever Women of Color Conference, I developed integrative marketing strategies that attracted over 4,850 attendees from around the globe.
Strategies involved creating a partnerships tier featuring general sponsors, affiliates, ambassadors, and endorsers, all of whom pledged to promote us to different extents. A $4,000 scholarship program and a mentorship program offered girls of color the ability to learn about their intended area of interest personally with one of the speakers. Finally, I created a targeted social strategy for LinkedIn and Instagram and developed the conference's branding.
